Obituary

Worcester - Wayne M. Ellis, 61, passed away at home on Friday, Oct. 22, 2010, after an illness. Wayne was born in Worcester, son of the late Robert C. Ellis.

He leaves his wife of almost 2 years, Judy H. (Hytonen) Ellis; his mother, Hazel M. (Prest) Ellis of Worcester; a sister, Judy A. LaVenture of Auburn; a brother, Randy N. Ellis of Worcester; a step-son; a step-daughter; 3 step-grandchildren; and several nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday, Oct. 26, from 6-9 p.m. at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, Oct. 27, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park at a later date.
