Charlton: Wayne P. Bogar, 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2026 in the Overlook Masonic Health Center in Charlton. He leaves a son Michael Bogar and his wife Barbara, a daughter Lisa Logan, 3 grandchildren-Amanda, Kenneth, and Matthew; 8 great grandchildren- Madison, Briea, Zachary, Aiden, Dexter, Lydia, Owen, and Oliver; a sister Sharon; 2 brothers James and Steven; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Ronald Bogar.

Wayne was born in Worcester, son of the late James and Ingrid (Forsberg) Bogar. He graduated from Commerce High School and proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He worked as a sales representative at Spag’s in Shrewsbury for many years. He was a Mason, a Shriner, and a member of the Marine Corp League.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 4-6 p.m. in Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester. A funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the MA Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen St. Winchendon, MA 01475. Please go directly to the cemetery.
