Obituary

Shrewsbury - Victor "Jack" Mattson, 76, died Tuesday, June 8, 2010, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Jack was born in Worcester, son of Miriam T. (Nurmi) and Victor A. Mattson. He leaves a son and two daughters, Michael Mattson and Pamela Dufresne of Worcester and Linda McWilliam of CT; three brothers, Matthew of Worcester, William of RI, and Robert of Paxton; one sister, Miriam of GA; 8 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother and a sister. He served in the Army & National Guard. Jack was a Master Builder and Remodeler who was well-known throughout Worcester County during his career. He also worked as a graphic designer at Guertin Graphics.

Jack's family extends their thanks to Summit Elder Care for the wonderful care given to him during the past few years.
