Obituary

Auburn: Thaya A. (Pearsall) Gleason McCrohon, 76, passed away at UMASS Memorial Medical Center, University Campus on December 6, 2021. She leaves a daughter Kimberly Gleason and her companion Scott Robinson of Hudson.

Thaya was born in Worcester daughter of the late Alec and Marjorie (Daniels) Pearsall. She graduated from Commerce High School and attended college. She worked as a secretary in several different offices over the years, including at Clark University. She also worked at New England Research and the Auburn Public Library. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Auburn and enjoyed cooking and reading. She was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star and volunteered at the Auburn library. She also enjoyed art and taking care of her pets.

A graveside service and burial will be in Hope Cemetery, Worcester at a later date. Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St Worcester is assisting the family with arrangements.
