Obituary

Sarah Elizabeth Head, beloved infant daughter of Thomas and Joy (Collins) Head, passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2005, in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at UMass Memorial Hospital.

She will be lovingly missed by her parents, her maternal grandmother, Anita Collins (Lanciaux); paternal grandparents, Earleen Head (Granland) and Robert Head; her great grandmother, Lillian Head; her aunts, Helene Sughrue, Meridith Massa, Jacqueline Head and Karen Head; her uncles, Truman Head, Jacob Head, Benjamin Head, Dennis Head, Joel Massa and Steve Sughrue; her cousins, Benson Head, Oliver and Owen Sughrue and many other family members and friends. Sarah was the granddaughter of the late Lawrence J.F. Collins and the great granddaughter of the late Femme and Earl Granland and Thomas Head.

Memorial services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Sarah's name to The Neonatal Fund, The Foundation, Attn: Cheryl Heckman, 365 Plantation Street, 1 Biotech, Suite 100, Worcester, MA 01605.
