Obituary

Worcester: Ruth Maria Rosario, 48, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in St. Vincent Hospital surrounded by her loving family after a short illness. She leaves her significant other Jason Nickerson; her children Edwin Carrion, Jr., Mateo Carrion, Jayda Mercedes, Jidayis Lozada, J'leah Nickerson, Iesha Bailey and Arcillia Mercedes; grandchildren- Navianna, DJ, Meylani, Janae and Ezeani; siblings- George and his wife Rachele Rosario of Worcester, Sara and her husband Nelson Perez of Worcester, Nancy and her husband Charles Delgado of Houston, TX, Pablo and his wife Michelle Rosario of Nashville, TN, Daniel and his wife Gloria Rosario of Worcester and Yvonne Rosario of Houston, TX; and many nieces and nephews.

Ruth was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Aida Luz Gautier and Epifanio Rosario. She dedicated her life to raising her family. She was natural caregiver "It takes a village to raise a baby but it took one Ruthi Rosario to raise a village". She was a fantastic cook and enjoyed sharing her meals with family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022, from 4-6 p.m. in Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester, MA 01605. Flowers may be sent. For directions or to leave an online condolence message, please click on link.
