Obituary

Rosemary Sohigian, 58, of 11Lake Avenue, Lincoln Park Towers, died Nov. 9 in Worcester U-Mass Memorial Hospital after a short illness.

She leaves her sister, Gloria Little of Rutland, several nieces and nephews, Jason, Vicki, and Jeff Sohigian of Worcester and Rob, Ryan, Sean and Christina Little of Rutland, and several cousins whom she was close to. She was predeceased by a brother Robert (Bobby) Sohigian.

She was born in Worcester on October 10, 1945, daughter of Richard and Rose (Ajemian) Sohigian and graduated from Commerce High School in 1963. Rosemary was a bookkkeeper at Air Way Vacuum Center and Harr Toyota. She was an administrative assistant in the office of Drs. Kurlan, Thamel, and Riccardi for 14 years, retiring in 1999. Rosemary was a member of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Trinity Church. She was very proud of her Armenian heritage, enjoyed cooking, music, dancing, and being with family and friends. Rosemary was the secretary of the Lincoln Park Towers Social Club and also volunteered driving friends to their appointments.

Funeral services were held in Holy Trinity Armenian Apostolic Church, 635 Grove Street, Worcester. Burial in Hope Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Armenian Church.
