Obituary

Worcester—Robert C. Christensen, 41, of 15 Division Street, died Saturday, May 1, 2004, at home. He leaves his mother, Gladys M. (Glasberg) Christensen, of Worcester; 2 brothers, Carl R. Christensen of Jefferson & Andrew M. Christensen of Worcester; a sister, Joanna R. Markham of NH; 2 nieces, Kelley & Erin Christensen; & many close friends. His father, Robert M. Christensen, died in 1990.

Robert was born in Worcester. He worked at the State Hospital for 17 years and was a member of the East Side Improvement Club and the American Italian Veterans' Post 3. He was an avid fan of the Red Sox and the Patriots.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 7, in Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street. A calling hour will be held at 10:00 a.m. Please omit flowers. Donations may be made to the Worcester Boy's Club, 2 Ionic Avenue, Worcester, MA 01608.
