Obituary

Phyllis M. (Hertzberg) Benoit, 75, of Lincoln Ave, died August 20th in Saint Vincent's Hospital after a courageous battle with lung disease.

Mrs. Benoit was an X-ray technician for many years working in Holden Hospital and The Fallon Clinic where she was a supervisor, retiring in 1990. She was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed spending summers at Yankee Land Campground in Kennebunk, ME. She was a charter member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Worcester.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 25 in St. John's Episcopal Church, 166 Holden St., Worcester. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be held Sunday, August 24th from 2-4 p.m. in Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St., Worcester.
