Obituary

Worcester - Phyllis Maria (Flagg) Hill, 95, passed away May 5, 2011, at Knollwood Nursing Center. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Mary P. (Bancroft) and Frederick J. Flagg. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Hill and by her son, Ronald. She is survived by 2 grandchildren, Arvid Hill and Susan Hill Malkhassian; sisters-in-law Edna Hill and Ruth Denman; cousin, Mason Flagg; nieces, Claire Burns and Dorothy Boothe; nephew, Bradford Flagg; and 3 great-grandchildren. She was a beautician, housekeeper, and nanny.

A funeral service will be held at Greendale People's Church, 25 Francis Street, Worcester on May 10, 2011 at 10 a.m. followed by interment at Hillside Cemetery in Auburn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Memorial Fund of Greendale People's Church. Nordgren Memorial Chapel is directing arrangements.
