Obituary

Shrewsbury - Patricia (Bisceglia) Martellotta, 73, passed away April 19, 2016. She leaves her children, Melissa S. Dean and her husband Dennis of West Boylston and Mario A. Martellotta, Jr. and Kathy Tymon of Shrewsbury; two grandchildren, Ryan and Kylie Dean; her brother, Maurice Bisceglia; her former husband, Mario A. Martellotta, Sr.; and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves her day-time companion Mia the pug. Patty was born in Worcester, daughter of Anna (Shepluk) and Maurice Bisceglia. She enjoyed being a hair dresser before becoming a supervisor for patient dispatch at UMass Memorial Hospital for over 30 years. She was also a partner of family owned business, Anna's Italian Restaurant from 1987-1997.

Patty loved to vacation in Maine and spent most of her days at the beach. She loved to spend time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She was an avid Red Sox fan.

Services will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Worcester on Saturday, April 30, 2016. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. followed by memorial calling hours from 3:30-6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
