Obituary

Worcester: Pamela A. Laino, 64, passed away on April 25, 2022 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center University Campus after an illness. She leaves her mother Carole Laino, aunts and uncles Susan White of Northbridge, John and Jane Laino of TN, Mary and Amos Green of FL, and Elaine and Ron Tibbetts of Holden; and 13 cousins. She was predeceased by her father Albert Laino, Jr.

Pam was born in Worcester, raised in Southborough, graduated from Algonquin High School in the Class of 1975 and earned her Bachelor's Degree from Becker College. She worked in several vocations over the years including at Data General for over 10 years, being an operator for Verizon, a part time bartender at local establishments, and a part time worker at the post office. She was an avid reader and was always interested in learning new things. She was a member of VASA Nordic Lodge 611, the Moose Lodge, and the Hudson Rod and Gun Club. She enjoyed the outdoors and loved animals.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 from 10:30 a.m.- 12 noon in Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester, MA 01605. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 noon in the funeral home. Burial will follow in All Faiths Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pam's memory may be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League or the American Diabetes Association.
