Obituary

Onnik Kiremitjian, 69, died Sunday, November 12, 2006, at UMass Memorial Hospital. He leaves his wife of 40 years, Juliette (Baronian) Kiremitjian; 3 daughters, Annait and her husband Christopher Beauregard of San Diego, CA, Silvia and her husband Danny Kleton of the Netherlands, and Lena Kiremitjian of Medford; a son, Onnik Kiremitjian of Worcester; 2 sisters, Maryam Aslanian of Orange County, FL and Cemile Altug of Istanbul; 4 brothers, Karnig Kiremitjian and Dogan Kiremitjian of Orange County, FL, Harry Kiremitjian of Paxton, and John Kiremitjian of Worcester; 2 grandsons, Dean and Daley; and several nieces and nephews. Onnik was born in Tokat, Armenia and was raised in Istanbul, son of Osghiyan and Vartuhie Kiremitjian. He worked at Astra Zeneka and was a member of the Holy Trinity Armenian Church.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Nov. 16, at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Trinity Armenian Church, 635 Grove St. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery.
