Obituary

Olive A. (Greenleaf) Currier, 74, formerly of Upland Gardens, died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2005, at Radius Health Care. Her husband of 53 years, Proctor R. Currier, died in 2003. She leaves her daughter, Donna M. Currier of Worcester; 2 brothers, Charles Greenleaf of Leicester and Lawrence Greenleaf of Holden; 3 sisters, Mary Beshai, Anna Walker, and Mildred Soucy—all of Worcester; and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers and 2 sisters predeceased her. Olive was born in Worcester, daughter of George J. and Helena (Francour) Greenleaf. She worked for Huvey Laundry Co. for many years.
Funeral services will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, on Friday, Sept. 23, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home Thursday, Sept. 22, from 6-8 p.m. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 36 Cameron Ave. Cambridge, MA 02140-1102.
