Obituary

Marlboro--Naomi E. (Preece) Davey, 82, died October 28th in Coes Pond Hospice.Her husband of 53 years, William M. Davey died in 1994. She leaves 3 sons, Edgar R. Davey of Rutland, Robert W. Davey of Marlboro, and John T. Davey of Nantucket. A daughter, June E. Coye of Brevard, NC., 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. 2 brothers, Norman and Albert Preece and a sister, Violet Rankin predeceased her.

She was born in Quinebaug, Ct., daughter of Albert and Elizabeth Preece and graduated from South High School. She was a member of Christadelphian Church of Marlboro.

A funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. Monday, November 1st in Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St. A calling hour will be held 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.
