Obituary

Worcester—Nanni E. (Myllymaki) Kangas, 94, formerly of 113 Mooreland Street, died Thursday, February 19, 2004, at Autumn Village Nursing Home. Her husband, T. John Kangas, died in 1978. She leaves a daughter Anja S, wife of Norman Kasparson, of Holden, a grandson and his wife, Peter and Suzanne Kasparson, and a great-granddaughter, Lauren Kasparson all of Jefferson. A son, Vilho J. Kangas and a grandson, Steven P. Kangas predeceased her.

She was born in Finland, daughter of Elias and Liisa (Johanson) Myllymaki. She was a housekeeper for Marion Maynard for 38 years.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 21, at 11:00 a.m. in Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street. Burial will be private at All Faiths Cemetery. Please omit flowers; donations may be made to the Autumn Village Nursing Home Activities Fund, 25 Oriol Drive, Worcester, MA 01605.
