Obituary

Boylston—Murray E. Anderson, 78, died on Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at UMass Memorial Healthcare. He leaves his wife of 56 years, Hazel E. (Vickery) Anderson of Boylston; a son, David E. Anderson of Boylston; a sister, Dawn M. Ringquist of Worcester; 2 grandsons, Jon R. Anderson of West Boylston and Keith D. Anderson of Westfield; and nephews and nieces. He was born in Worcester, son of Clarence E. and Jessie V. (Shankle) Anderson. He was a custodian for the Worcester School Department, retiring in 1985. He was a Navy veteran of WWII and a member of Burncoat Baptist Church.

A memorial service will be held Wed., March 15, at 11:00 a.m. at Burncoat Baptist Church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be to the Memorial Fund of Burncoat Baptist Church, 475 Burncoat St., Worcester, MA 01606 or to the St. Francis Home, 101 Plantation St., Worcester, MA 01604.
