Obituary

Monica Carter, 39, died peacefully Monday, October 6, 2008. She is survived by a son and daughter, Bryce T. Carter and Whitney T. Carter; her father Joe Carter; her mother Rosemary (Buckley) Carter—all of Worcester; a brother and 4 sisters, Carl Carter of Worcester, Dorothy Humphries of Webster, Joanne Hampton and her husband Michael and their daughter Morgan of Las Vegas, NV; Janice Carter of Shrewsbury, and Angela Adam of Houston, TX; a grandson Kamary J. Carter-Mattox; and many cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews & nieces. Monica was born and raised in Worcester. She was a loving, kind hearted, gifted and creative person who also loved to sing and dance. Monica will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Sunday, October 12, at 5 p.m. A period of visitation with Monica's family will be held in the funeral home from 3-5 p.m. prior to the Memorial Service.
