Obituary

Worcester—Mildred C. (Hanson) Nelson, 93, of 59 Acushnet Ave., died Saturday, October 2, 2004, in the Christopher House. Her husband of 48 years, Stanley Nelson, died in 1995.

She leaves a son, Warren E. and Karen O'Neil Nelson of Stow; a daughter, Christine M. Larson of Worcester; 3 grandchildren, Mark E. Larson of Worcester, Warren E. & Terry Nelson, Jr. of Hudson, and Keith S. & Lisa Nelson of Methuen; and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by 2 brothers.

She was born in Worcester, daughter of John and Alma O. (Johnson) Hanson. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, Oct.7, at All Faiths Cemetery, 7 Island Road. Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street is directing arrangements.
