Obituary

Worcester: Mary (Roberts) Manning, 78, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 in The Lutheran Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She leaves her husband Robert Manning; a son Peter R. Schrafft; 4 grandchildren; 2 sisters- Jane Roberts and her husband Robert McConaughey of CA and Kate R. Jones and her husband Gordon of VA; one niece and 5 nephews.

Mary was born in Englewood New Jersey, daughter of the late Dr. Charles and Mary (Bruyn) Roberts. She graduated from The Dwight-Englewood School in Englewood, New Jersey and earned her Bachelors Degree in Primary Education from Wheelock College in Boston, Class of 1962. She worked for many years as a Kindergarten and First grade teacher in the Wayland Public School System. She enjoyed helping others.
