Obituary

Worcester: Marie Ange Jean, 70, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, May 18, 2023. She leaves a son Hernot Versaint Jr.; 2 daughters- Rosela and Merline Versaint; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; a brother Sauveur Jean; 3 sisters- Edith Fougy, Percinette Jean and Hermione Jean; and many nieces and nephews.

Marie was born in Port au Prince, Haiti, daughter of the late Jean Casius and Rita Casius. She worked as a housekeeper at the Hampton Inn for many years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and singing.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 10- 11:15 a.m. in Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester, MA 01605. A funeral service will follow at 11:15 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery Grove St. Worcester.
