Obituary

Lynn K. Sorensen, 43, died Sunday, October 16, 2005, at UMass Memorial Healthcare—University Campus after a short illness, with her brother, Henry, at her bedside. She leaves a daughter, Shana Sorensen of Charlton; 3 brothers, Chester L. Jr., Donald H., and Henry S. Sorensen of Boylston; 2 sisters, Janet L. Grebla of CT and Kim P. Sorensen of Boylston; and nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by 2 brothers, Wayne A. and Mark M. Sorensen. Lynn was born in Worcester, daughter of Chester L. and D. Phyllis (Mitchell) Sorensen, Sr. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Boylston.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, Oct. 19, from 6-9 p.m. at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery on Monday, October 24, at 11:00 a.m. Please omit flowers. Donations may be made to the Shana Sorensen Educational Fund, c/o R.
