Obituary

WORCESTER— Lucy (Ogassian) Bogigian, of 99 Country Club Blvd. died Thursday, November 18, 2004, in UMass Memorial Hospital.

Her husband, Peter "Sis" Bogigian, died in 2001. She leaves a sister, Isabelle Bogigian, of Worcester and several nieces and nephews including Robert Bogigian of Worcester and Armen Manuelian of Rutland. Lucy was born in Salem, daughter of James and Anna (Perch) Ogassian. She was a graduate of Cambridge Latin High School, Dearborne College and Boston Clerical College. She had worked as an Assistant Comptroller at Zayres and as a buyer for the former John McGinnes Co. She was a member of Holy Trinity Armenian Church.

Funeral services will be held from Nordgren Memorial Chapel with a service Monday 11:00 am in Holy Trinity Armenian Church, 635 Grove Street, Worcester. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 in the funeral home. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Holy Trinity Armenian Church.
