Obituary

Rutland—Linnea Lundgren Karle, 52, died Thursday, January 4, 2007, at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home. She leaves behind beloved husband, George "Chip" Karle, and devoted son, David Karle, both of Rutland; brother Jeffrey Lundgren of Warwick, RI; cherished nephews, nieces, family and friends. Her parents were Eric "Swede" Lundgren of Worcester and Marian Heath of California.

A graduate of Weymouth South High School and Fitchburg State College, she worked in libraries for over 30 years. She enjoyed her many cats who shared her life and also enjoyed gardening and writing both poetry and prose.

A Memorial Service will be held in the Spring. Donations may be made to the Nikki Tilroe Scholarship Fund, Hairy Edge Productions, 90 Velview Road, Wilton, CT 06897.
