Obituary

Laurie J. (Howe) McKinney, age 69 of Lauderhill, Florida passed away at home, after a brief battle with cancer on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. She was born on Saturday, June 24, 1950 in Worcester, Massachusetts.

She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years: Charles W. "Buddy" McKinney; sons: David J. Fitzgerald and his wife Jennifer and Ronald R. Loader and his wife, Amie; brother: John J. Howe and his wife, Mary Ann; sisters: Judith L. Wade-Ritchie, Christine L. Howe and her companion, William and Sherri A. Patterson and her husband, Robin; step-children: Kathleen Wozniak and Paul McKinney; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The family of Laurie J. McKinney would like to express their deepest gratitude to the staff of Heartland Hospice for their care of Laurie and support to her family in the most difficult of times.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Laurie & Buddy's home on Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
