Obituary

Uxbridge: Ksanthipi (Shore) Duni, 95, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family. She leaves 3 children Eli, Ferdinant (Maksi) and Matilda; 8 grandchildren Suela, Mimoza, Iljon, Nasiol, Denisa, Dhimitri, Redina, and Ilir; 5 great-grandchildren Angelo, Aleksa, Theodor, Maison and Klea; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 67 years Pandi Duni, a daughter Rajmonda, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

"Sanda" was born in Albania, daughter of the late Nasi and Dhimitra (Deti) Shore. She graduated from Vithkuq High School in Albania and dedicated her life to raising her family. She will be remembered as a very hard worker who enjoyed knitting and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a member of St. Mary's Assumption Albanian Orthodox Church in Worcester.

Calling hours will be held from 9:30 a.m. -12 noon on Tuesday January 11, 2022 in St. Mary's Assumption Albanian Orthodox Church. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 12 noon in St. Mary's Assumption Albanian Orthodox Church 535 Salisbury St. Worcester. Burial will follow at Hope Cemetery in Worcester.
