Obituary

Worcester - Julia Zamanigian, 94, passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family. She will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and -nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters, Sooren and K. Alfred Zamanigian, Annie Khachian and Beatrice Zamanigian.

Julia was born in Worcester, daughter of Elizabeth (Konjoyian) and Minas Zamanigian. She graduated from Commerce High School and worked as a travel planner for AAA for many years. She was a member of the Armenian Church of Our Savior and volunteered for many years at Hahnemann Hospital.

Funeral from Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Friday, March 4, 2011, at 10 AM. Funeral Service in the Armenian Church of Our Saviour, 87 Salisbury St. at 11 AM. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
