Obituary

Worcester: Judith A. Trainor, 78, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017 in St. Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center surrounded by her loving family. She leaves 2 sons Michael J. Gallagher and Kristen Courte-Real of Dartmouth and Timothy Gallagher of Thompson, CT; a daughter- Sharon Braley of Worcester; 3 grandchildren- Brendan Gallagher, Patrick Braley, and Shannon Braley; a brother and sister-in-law Richard and Gail Trainor; and a nephew John Trainor. She was predeceased by a sister Gail Hess.

Judy was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Charles and Lillian (Smith) Trainor. She graduated from South High School and worked for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Donna Kay Rest Home. She enjoyed floral arranging, spending time with her grandchildren, and caring for others.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in Nordgren Funeral Home 300 Lincoln St. Worcester. In lieu of flowers, donations in Judy's memory may me made to St. Jude. To leave an online condolence message, please click link.
