Obituary

Worcester - Judith A. (Lucier) Hill, 72, passed away on May 2, 2022 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center. She leaves three sons, Wayne J. Hill and his wife Jodi of Worcester and Michael J. Hill and his wife Jennifer of New Hampshire; and Christopher Black and his wife Marinda of North Carolina; eight grandchildren, Wayne Hill Jr., Kaylee Hill, Logan Hill, Michael Hill, Jr., David Hill, Lainey Hill, Caroline Black and John Black; 2 great grandchildren- Olivia and Sophia; a brother Joseph Lucier and his wife Debbi of Worcester; a sister- Nancy Beard and her husband Bob of Rhode Island; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 43 years Wayne H. Hill and by a sister Diana Kavanagh.

Judy was born in Shrewsbury, daughter of the late Joseph Lucier, Sr. and Caroline (Paul) Lucier. She graduated from Shrewsbury High School and worked in many vocations- being a waitress, working in food demo, pharmacy technician, and most recently as a child care provider. She enjoyed gardening, trips to Maine, going to the casino, online shopping, reading the Bible, and spending time with family.

A calling hour will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 9- 10 a.m. in Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester, MA 01605. A service will follow at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
