Obituary

New York: Jose M. Charles, 61, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 2, 2020 in Mt. Sinai Hospital surrounded by his loving family after a long illness. He leaves a son Jeffrey Charles, a sister Maria M. Charles; his mother Lila Rodriguez; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Jose was born in Bronx, New York, son of Domingo Salmiento and Lila Rodriguez. He graduated from High School and owned a small business. He enjoyed walking and the big city life. He especially loved being with family . He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A graveside service and burial will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in Hope Cemetery, Worcester. There are no calling hours. Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester is assisting the family with arrangements. To leave an online condolence message, please click link.
