Obituary

Boylston: John C. "Jack" Stark III, 62, passed away at home on Thursday, September 3, 2015. He leaves his parents John C. Stark, Jr. and Harriet S. (Horstman) Stark of Holden; 2 sisters- Joyce Stark of Holden and Lisa Hebert and her husband Scott of Holden; a niece- Alexandra Hebert; a nephew- Thomas Hebert; his girlfriend Nancy Goodine; his business partner, David George; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his beloved dog Molly.

Jack was born in Holden, graduated from Tahanto Regional High School in 1971, and proudly served his country as a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War. He owned and operated Stark Well and Pump Company. He was an avid outdoorsman, member of the Shrewsbury Sportsman's Club, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, cooking and being in Maine.

A graveside service and burial will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in Pine Grove Cemetery, Boylston. There are no calling hours. Nordgren Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. To leave an online condolence message, please click link below.
