Obituary

Worcester - G. Joann (Swenson) Carlson, 79, passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2010. She leaves her husband of 58 years, Torsten A. Carlson; three children, David A. Carlson and his wife Colleen of Princeton, Donald A. Carlson and his wife Marianne of Cincinnati, OH, and Claudia A. (Carlson) Eddy and her husband David of Holden; her sister, Marion Aldrich of Worcester; eight grandchildren, Justin, Nicolette, Zachary, Brienna, Erik, Kirsten, Erikka, and Alicia; and two great-grandchildren, Bryleigh and Lilah. She was predeceased by her brother, Richard Swenson of Ridgewood, NJ and her sister, Norma Milner of Worcester. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Signe J. (Trulson) and Arthur T. Swenson. Joann was a graduate of Commerce High School.

Funeral services will be private. Donations may be made to the Christopher House of Worcester, MA.
