Joan (Thacker) Burnett, 84, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2005, in Saint Vincent Hospital. Her husband of 60 years, Stuart C. Burnett, died in May. She leaves 2 daughters, Patricia A. Roy of Maynard and Joyce Bush-Brown of Port Charlotte, FL; 2 sons, John Burnett of Northboro and Richard Burnett of Billerica; and 6 grandchildren. She was born in England, daughter of George and Amelia Thacker. Funeral services under the direction of Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St., Worcester will be private.
