Obituary

Jessie M. (Cook) Marshall, 91, died Tuesday, August 1, 2006, in her home. She was the widow of Andrew Marshall who died in 1964. She leaves 2 daughters, Margaret C. Durgin of Webster and Jean A. Moore and her husband, Robert, of Canton, NC; 2 grandchildren, Christopher Durgin of Webster and Jody Peck, and her husband, Scott, of Southbridge; 2 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was born in Scotland, daughter of David and Jessie (McAttee) Cook. She worked for State Mutual Life Assurance Co. for many years. She was a member of Adams Square Congregational Church. After cremation, a memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 8, at 11:00 a.m. in Adams Square Congregational Church, 26 Burncoat St. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery.
