Obituary

Janet L. (Schunke) Rickards, 66, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 in the Odd Fellows Home after a long illness. She leaves her husband of 44 years, Warren "Randy" Rickards; a son Scott A. Rickards of Worcester; a daughter and son-in-law Bethany J. and Peter Dolimount of Leicester; 3 grandchildren- Michaela, Jacob, and Kathryn; and her long time best friend Marolyn Moriarty.

Janet was born in Worcester, daughter of the late John and Bethany (Hirtle) Schunke. She graduated from Burncoat Sr. High School and earned her Associates Degree from Quinsigamond Community College. She worked as a secretary in the former Norton Company for many years.

A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester, MA 01605.
