Obituary

Worcester: Janet (Lindquist) Johnson, 78, passed away April 26, 2024 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center. She leaves a son Glenn Johnson; a grandson Robert F. Johnson; a daughter-in-law Jannet Jaramillo, and a brother Ronald Lindquist and his wife Ellie. Her husband of 52 years, Robert I. Johnson predeceased her.

Janet was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Roger and Hilda (Bloom) Lindquist. She graduated from North High School and worked at Eastern Airlines, Rand Whitney and in data entry at College of the Holy Cross for 30+ years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, enjoyed calligraphy, vacationing on Cape Cod and spending time with her grandson, Robbie.

Burial will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in All Faiths Cemetery. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 noon in the Chapel of Trinity Lutheran Church 73 Lancaster St. Worcester.
