Obituary

Worcester: Isabel Saez, 75, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at the home of her daughter. She leaves her husband Luis Fontanez, Sr.; 2 sons- Luis Fontanez, Jr. and Felix Fontanez; 3 daughters- Keila Alvarenga, Tina Rosario, and Tammy Fontanez; 11 grandchildren including Lukeisa I. Rodriguez, Giannis C. Rodriguez, Ivan Y. Alvarenga, Isaiah N. Alvarenga, Tavia Rosario, Tianna Fontanez, Alexis Johnson, and Jacob Fontanez; 5 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Yamil Resto, a brother Aurelio Saez, and 4 sisters- Josephina Saez, Gregoria Rivera Saez, Carmela Saez, and Catalina Saez Y Morales.

Isabel was born in Naranijito, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Mariano and Fermina (Morales) Saez. After earning her Associates Degree, she worked as an Administrative Assistant for the City of Bayamon. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, listening to music, and fishing.
