Obituary

Ina Irene Johnson, 95, formerly of Worcester, passed away Sunday, Sept. 24, 2006, in Granbury, Texas.

Mrs. Johnson was born Mar. 23, 1911, in Worcester, to Oscar and Lena Nordberg Carlson. She married Stanley A. Johnson, Sept. 7, 1932, in Worcester. She had lived in Granbury, TX for the past 7 years and was a member of the Tolar Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, six brothers and sisters, and a grandchild, David Jarrett in 2003.

Survivors are daughter, JoAnn Jarrett and husband, James Devereaux, of Granbury, Texas; sister, Anne Lindberg of Marlboro; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

Visitation is from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday at Wiley Funeral Home. The funeral is at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury, Texas. Burial, under the direction of Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Worcester, MA, is at 2 p.m. Friday Sept. 29, at New Swedish Cemetery in Worcester.
