Obituary

Worcester—Miss Helen Docherty, 99, of 49 Pleasant Valley Drive died Wednesday, November 26, 2008. She leaves three nieces, Kathleen Foley and Marie Kumpey of Holden and Helen Docherty of NYC. She also leaves many nieces and nephews in Scotland and England. Helen was born in Dumbarton, Scotland, daughter of Mary (King) and Michael Docherty. She worked at State Mutual, was a member of St. Joan of Arc Parish, and enjoyed Bingo and reading.

The funeral will be held Friday, Nov. 28, from Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street with an 11 a.m. mass in St. Joan of Arc, 570 Lincoln St. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.
