Obituary

Gunnevi (Ringblom) Snickars, 78 Worcester—Gunnevi G.(Ringblom) Snickars, 78, died Sunday, January 25, 2004 in the Lutheran Home. Her husband Bertel I. Snickars died in 1982.

She leaves a son Floyd B. Snickars and a grandson Karl E. Snickars, both of Rutland. Mrs. Snickars was born and educated in Finland, daughter of Emil and Hilda (Smatt) Ringblom. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and worked at Astra Pharmaceutical for 26 years until her retirement.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 29, at 11 a.m. at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street. Burial will be in All Faiths Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. on Thursday. Flowers may be sent or donations made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 73 Lancaster St., Worcester, MA 01609.
