Obituary

Gertrude T. (Sullivan) Kelton, 88, of 300 Barber Ave., died Thursday, May 15, in Holy Trinity Eastern Orthodox Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Her husband, Guy N. Kelton, died in 1983. She leaves two granddaughters, Mary Meyer of Rutland and Barbara Palubeckis of Worcester; two great-grandchildren; many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a son, Francis I. Harr; two sisters, Barbara and Madeline Sullivan. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John F. and Mary (Tracy) Sullivan, and lived in Worcester most of her life. She graduated from St. Peter's High School in Worcester and the Worcester City Hospital School of Nursing.

Mrs. Kelton was a licensed practical nurse in various hospitals, retiring 20 years' ago. She enjoyed square dancing and playing cards.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 20, in Nordgren Memorial Chapel. Burial was in St. John's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
