Obituary

Worcester: George A. Boggs, Jr. 81, passed away on June 24, 2024 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center. He leaves his wife Jane (Luxton) Boggs and several nieces and nephews.

George was born in Worcester, son of the late George and Myrtle (Ridyard) Boggs. He graduated from high school and proudly served his country in the US Air Force. He worked as a carpenter in the construction industry for many years. He was a member of 1st Congregational Church in Tatnuck. He was also a member of the Morningstar Lodge of Masons.

A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon in Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester, MA 01605.
