Obituary

MILLBURY – Gail A. (Anderson) Trainor, 81 of Millbury, died Monday, July 15, 2024, at St. Vincent's Hospital, Worcester after a courageous battle with cancer.

She leaves her husband of 51 years, Richard C. Trainor, a brother, Russell H. Anderson of Charlton, a sister, Shirley L. Moore of Millbury and several nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Herbert J. and Esther K. (Allen) Anderson, she was born and raised in Worcester, MA.

Gail worked in the Admissions Office at the Worcester County House of Correction. She relished her years residing on Lake Quinsigamond in Shrewsbury and the activities lake living provided. She enjoyed vacationing in Aruba, cruising with friends and winning in the casino.

Funeral services are private and in the care of Nordgren Funeral Home, 300 Lincoln St. Worcester. In lieu of flowers, donations in Gail's memory may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Research.
