Obituary

Francis J. Erikson Jr. of Worcester, MA/Florida passed away on June 13, 2021. Born in Worcester on October 22, 1954, he was the loving son of Francis Sr. and Barbara (Bottcher) Erikson, who preceded him in death. He is survived by daughters Justine & Christine Poirier, Lee Ann (Erikson) Barton, and sons Bronson & Shawn Erikson, along with brothers Ronald & Gary Erikson, and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by brothers Steven & Kenneth Erikson.

Fran enjoyed cooking, eating, music, fishing, and working on vehicles. Fran was a family orientated man. He spent his last years traveling between MA and FL, spending time with family at both locations, and in between. It didn't matter what the occasion, as long as it was with family, he was happy. He was always generous and willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Fran will be missed by all who knew him.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, June 28, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. in Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
