Obituary

Emma C. (Sundin) Happy, 98, of Coes Pond Village died on Monday, December 22, 2008.

She was born in Worcester, daughter of Mary (Landquist) and John Sundin. Emma worked for 25 years in the payroll department at the former Reed Rolled Thread Die Co., Holden, retiring in 1965. She was a member of the 39ers at Coes Pond Village.

Emma leaves two sons, Paul W. Happy and his wife Barbara B. of Sterling and Ronald J. Happy of Roswell, New Mexico; a brother, Carl P. Sundin of Florida, four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. A brother, Warren J. Sundin, predeceased her.

Calling hours will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Sunday afternoon, December 28th, from 2-4 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, December 29th, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in All Faiths Cemetery.
