Obituary

Emilia Katherine Hope Phillips died peacefully in the arms of her loving mother with her grandmother and sister by her side, surrounded by family and friends, on November 29, 2015 in the NICU at UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester. Born on November 24, Emilia touched many lives in her five days on earth and was loved beyond measure. Her life was a cherished gift. Emilia was anticipated with joy by her mother, Jillian Phillips, her grandmother, Nanci Phillips, and her "big sister," Macy, all of North Brookfield. During her brief time here she enjoyed listening to music and being held close by her mother and grandmother. She was loved by all who met her, and will be greatly missed now that she has gone to be with loved ones in heaven, especially her great-Grammy and Grampy, Thelma and Sheldon Phillips. She was also the niece of Matthew Faria and his wife Serena of Watertown and of Jane (Phillips) Lopes and her companion Neil of Middleboro. She will also be greatly missed by several cousins and other loved ones.

Visiting hours to which all who loved her are invited will be held from 11am to 12pm on Sunday, December 6 in the Nordgren Memorial Chapel. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home at 12pm.
