Obituary

Worcester - Emile J. Melanson, 93, a talented musician, died Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Parsons Hill Nursing Center. His wife, Dorothy F. (LeClair) Melanson, died in 1996. He was born in Leominster, son of the late Joseph D. and Josephine (Girouard) Melanson. Emile was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Parish. He is survived by three sisters, Florence Gaudette, Irene Letiecq, and Mary Dufault and several nieces and nephews.

A calling hour will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, on Friday, July 20, from 8:30-9:30 am followed by a 10 am Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Providence, 228 Lincoln Street. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery.
