Obituary

Worcester-- Elise M. (Johnson) Brown, 73, of Lake Avenue, died Monday, June 14, 2004, at home. She leaves a son, David W. Brown, and his wife, Jill, of Acton; 2 daughters, Karen B. Proulx, and her husband, Arthur, and Judith A. Faucher and her husband, Joseph, all of Brimfield; a brother, David Johnson, of Marion; and 7 grandchildren. Two brothers, George and William Johnson, predeceased her.

She was born in Worcester, daughter of George H. and Edith (Bjorkman) Johnson. She graduated from Shrewsbury High School and from Salter's Secretary School.She worked for Paul Revere Insurance and later became a legal secretary.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 19, at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St. A calling hour will be held from 12-1 p.m. Burial will be private. Flowers may be sent.
