Obituary

Eldora V. (Rundgren) Hanson, 89, widow of Rolf S. Hanson, passed away Monday, August 31, 2009, in the Lutheran Healthcare Center of Worcester. She leaves 2 daughters, Sandra A. Racich of Canterbury, CT and Carol J. Hanson of Newtonville, MA; 1 sister, Hazel Haggstrom of Riverside, RI; a grandson, Rolf Erik Racich; and several nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Oscar Rundgren. Eldora was born in Providence, RI, daughter of Helga W. (Pearson) and Carl O Rundgren. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Worcester and a 75-year member of the Vasa Order - Svea Lodge in Providence.

The funeral service will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Thursday, Sept. 3, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in All Faiths Cemetery.
