Obituary

Holden - Edythe W. Mattson, formerly of Holden, died Friday, March 5, 2010, in Schertz, Texas at the age of 92. She was the widow of Eric R. Mattson, who died in 2004. Edythe was born in Worcester, daughter of Ruth (Ackerman) and Harry J. Wivagg. She leaves a daughter, Beverly J. Wetterman, of Schertz, Texas; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 7 great great-grandchildren. A sister, Mae Ericson, and a daughter, Ruth S. Lamb, predeceased her.

Funeral services will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Worcester, Friday, March 12, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in All Faiths Cemetery, Worcester. For directions and to leave a message of condolence in Edythe's on-line guestbook, please click link below.
